1. HOW TO ENTER.
There are 3 ways to enter the NEW YEAR, NEW YOU GIVEAWAY ("Sweepstakes") being offered and promoted by Ryan's Pet Supplies: (a) Make a purchase at RYANSPET.COM or at our store located at 1805 E. MCDOWELL RD. PHOENIX, AZ 85006 and you will be entered into the Sweepstakes; (b) Submit an entry at www.ryanspet.com; or (c) fill out a 3"x5" index card with your Name, Address, Phone Number and email address, and mail to 1805 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85006.

If you are entering the Sweepstakes online, beginning on December 1, 2022 at 11:59pm MST through December 31, 2022 at 11:59pm MST, log on to https://store.ryanspet.com/2022-entry-form for the NEW YEAR, NEW YOU GIVEAWAY and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. An entrant who is not making a purchase and entering via mail or entering online may submit more than one entry. Use of any robotic, duplicate, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method will void all entries and result in disqualification. By entering this giveaway, each entrant accepts and agrees to this Official Rules.

The Sweepstakes runs from December 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MST on December 31, 2022. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.

2. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. THERE IS NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

3. USE OF DATA.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Ryan’s Pet Supplies privacy policy at https://store.ryanspet.com/privacy_policy.

4. ELIGIBILITY.
Participants must be 18 years of age at the time of entry and residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Ryan’s Pet Supplies/Nexus Brands Group and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families.

5. SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS.
A random drawing will be conducted on or about January 3, 2023, to select the winner from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via telephone or e-mail within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes. Ryan’s Pet Supplies decisions as to all matters related to administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of winner is final. The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning and the awarding of prizes are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, then an alternate winner will be selected at random. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIZES.
Ryan’s Pet Supplies will be giving away one prize which includes all of the following: a Comfort Groom Ultra Low Z Lift Table, table arm, tool caddy, MetroVac Air Force Master Blaster Variable Speed Grooming Dryer and $900 of free shipping on product orders from Ryan’s Pet Supplies to be used by December 31, 2023. This prize is non-transferrable and may not be substituted for other products. The approximate cash value of the prize is $3102.99. Ryan’s Pet Supplies reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value in its sole discretion. Prizes (and/or any portion thereof) are nontransferable and non-exchangeable. Additional restrictions or requirements may apply.

All federal, state, and local taxes related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes values at $500 or greater will be contingent upon Ryan’s Pet Supplies receipt of winner’s completed IRS W9 form. All other expenses and costs, not expressly included above, are the winner’s sole responsibility. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.

7. ODDS OF WINNING.
The odds of winning the prize in this Sweepstakes depend upon the number of eligible entries received by Ryan’s Pet Supplies.

8. WINNERS LIST.
Sweepstakes results and copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Ryan’s Pet Supplies at the address set forth below. Results will be available within 60 days of the end of the Sweepstakes.

9. PUBLICITY.
Except where prohibited by law, each winner grants to Ryan’s Pet Supplies and its designees the right to use and publish such winner’s photo, proper name, likeness, voice, opinions, testimonials, biographical information, town and state of residence, and any photographs or images taken by such winner with equipment provided by Ryan’s Pet Supplies in any media to promote Ryan’s Pet Supplies and the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, permission, or notification.

10. RELEASE.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to and does hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Ryan’s Pet Supplies, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, or causes of actions of any kind arising (including punitive, incidental or consequential damages and attorneys fees), in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or resulting, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy. For those participants who live in the State of California, participant waives and relinquishes any and all rights which it may have under the provisions of Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, which section reads as follows: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Orange County, California.

Online entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Ryan’s Pet Supplies with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or is a resident of a permitted jurisdiction. The prize will only be awarded to the authorized account holders.

If, in Ryan’s Pet Supplies opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Ryan’s Pet Supplies reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Ryan’s Pet Supplies reserves the right to award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. Ryan’s Pet Supplies also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Ryan’s Pet Supplies in its sole discretion.

Ryan’s Pet Supplies assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries Ryan’s Pet Supplies is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Ryan’s Pet Supplies on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
