You and your fur friend(s) come decked in your favorite ugly sweater & come to shop our Full Warehouse (full warehouse open on Fridays). We will have DIY Holiday Paw Print Pet crafts, and take a photo at our holiday-themed backdrop. A holiday-themed giveaway will be awarded for the best ugly sweater! Complementary coffee & snacks and more will be served.

Full Warehouse Fridays
Every Friday (November 4, 11, 18, 25) | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
We are re-opening our FULL Phoenix Warehouse to the public on Fridays! Stop by on Black Friday, November 25, for our in-store Cyber Deals.
Why? We've received tons of feedback since we reopened that our customers miss being able to shop the full warehouse. It helps us stay aligned to our mission "We Take Care of People Who Take Care of Pets."
Why Now? With more inventory moving to our other warehouse locations, we're in a better place to have customers back in the warehouse during business hours.
Why Friday? Based on shipping and call volume, we're best set up to support the staffing needs on Friday. It's also the best day for us to ensure customers can walk through aisles without as much machinery traffic. We're going to work hard to schedule all receiving for Mon-Thurs to ensure we're well positioned to support the extra warehouse traffic.
We can’t wait to see you! We always welcome well-behaved pets on leashes. (Please clean up after your pets).
